Itinerary Outline

Day 1 – Arrival To Fez – Transfer To The Hotel

Upon arrival to Fez airport our driver / tour guide will pick you up and transfer you to your hotel 

Day 2 – Full Day To Explore Fez

After breakfast you will visit the city of Fez with a local guide . Fez is the biggest city after Casablanca with a population of approximately 1 million also one of the country’s four imperial cities. Fez comprises three distinct parts, Fez el Bali which is the oldest part surrounded by a big wall, where are more than 9000 narrow streets and allies. Fez-Jdid or the new Fez, home of the Mellah the Jewish quarter and the Ville Nouvelle the newest section of Fez created during the French occupation.Fez el Bali is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Its Medina is the largest in the world. Among its narrow streets and allies, the oldest university in the world is located; The University of Al-Karaouine, founded in AD 859. This University is still operating nowadays .

Day 3 – Fez – Chechaouen Day Trip – Fez

After you enjoy your breakfast we will drive to the north of Morocco through the Rif Mountains, arriving at Chefchaouen, The blue pearl of the north where everything is set dramatically against the mountains. Things to see among many are the blue-tinted houses and cobbled streets with mountainous backdrop which create a photographic setting.After lunch you will have free time to explore the blue city at your own pace before you drive back to fez . Overnight in a riad / hotel.

Day 4 – Fez – Ifrane – Azrou – Atlas Mountains – Toudra Gorges

Around 8:00 Am after you enjoy your breakfast we will be leaving Fez heading towards Todra Gorges, passing through Ifrane to arrive to the cedar forests of Azrou where the wild monkeys can be found. It will be great opportunity to take photos of wilderness in Morocco. Lunch in a small Berber village of Zaida. After lunch we will continue the way through the Atlas Mountains and the landscapes of Medilt to arrive to the small town of Rich the we head to the famous town of Imilchil before arriving to Toudra Gorges . Overnight in a hotel / riad

Day 5 – Todra Gorges – Jorf – Erfoud – Merzouga

After enjoying your breakfast, we go Leave Toudra gorges towards Merzouga passing by the Berber villages along the way. We’ll pass through Tinjdad, Jorf and Erfoud in which we will start to feel the beginning of the Saharan weather of Tafilalet region . At the arrival to Merzouga you will greeted witha cup of tea with mint before we go to ride the camels across the dunes of erg Chebbi. One of the greatest experiences to ride a camel in erg chebbi where the silence of the desert is taking over, we reach the camp ,we leave the camels and we walk to a high sand dune for sand boarding and to see the sunset. Dinner will be served under a Berber tent and after you enjoy your dinner the staff will entertain you with some Berber drums music. Overnight in the desert camp

Day 6 – Merzouga – Erfoud – Todgha Gorges – Ouarzazate

The staff will wake you up early in the morning to enjoy watching the beautiful sunrise , before we ride the camels back to the hotel in Merzouga where you get to take a refreshing shower and we after you enjoy your breakfast we will then start our journey towards Ouarzazate. We will visit the canal of irrigation in Jorf , After that we will continue to todgha gorges where we will have a stop to visit the highest gorges in Morocco . Then we will across the valley of roses , visit the cooperative of women where you can find all kinds of rose products and bio . We will arrive to Ouarzazate in the afternoon . Overnight in a hotel .

Day 7 – Ouarzazete – Aït Benhaddou – Marrakech

After having your breakfast we will visit Kasbah Taourirte and the cinema studios of Atlas and CLA Studios where many movies were produced such as lawrence of arabia , the gladiator, Prince of Persia and many more… right after we depart to Kasbah Ait Ben Hadou through Tizi Ntichka pass an elevation of 2260m . Visit the UNESCO world heritage Kasbah Ait Ben Haddou is a spectacular fortified village . After we continue our journey towards Marrakesh , You will stop in Taddart to have lunch at a Berber village in a panoramic restaurant. After you enjoy your lunch we will continue to Marrakech . Arrival to Marrakech will be in the evening . Overnight in a hotel

Day 8 – Full Day To Explore Marrakesh

After you enjoy breakfast at the hotel you will start a guided tour of Marrakech with a local guide from Marrakech. You will see the famous Mosque of Koutubia, the Medina and its souks, and explore some more of Marrakech’s secrets: Ali Ben Youssef Koranic school, the Saadian the Bahia Palace and Majorelle Gardens, night at a Riad in the Medina. Overnight in riad / hotel

Day 9 – Marrakech – Essaouira Day Trip – Marrakech

After breakfast we will depart for a day trip to Essaouira . Essaouira is extremely relaxing with its white washed houses with painted shutters, artisan’s workshops, boatyards and fishermen provide a marked contrast to Marrakesh. After lunch you have free time for some shopping, a relaxing walk along the beach or maybe a camel ride, a walk to the harbour and ramparts and perhaps a boat trip before you drive back to Marrakesh . Overnight in a riad / hotel in Marrakech

Day 10 – Marrakesh – Transfer To The Airport

After you enjoy your breakfast we will transfer you to the airport before your departure flight and this will be the end of the tour .
